The 6 year Doctor of Medicine Degree includes disciplines (modules) related to the basic part of the programme (philosophy, bioethics, history, history of medicine, jurisprudence, foreign languages and etc. Theoretical training of students carried out in the structural subdivisions of the Institute of Medicine of RUDN University (classrooms and lecture halls, the Simulation Training Center, university clinics, with typical sets of professional models and the results of laboratory and instrumental research in the amount that allows learners to master the skills and abilities provided for by the professional activity, individually). Accommodation

The People’s Friendship University provides residential living that encourages the academic, social and development of each student. There are two Hostel Categories “Five Storage Buildings” and “High Rise Building”.

In the five-story buildings.
• 1-8 blocks the toilet; wash basin and kitchen are on each floor. Shower cabins, laundry, ironing rooms and a luggage room are located on the ground floor.
• In five-story buildings, all rooms are designed for 2-3 people.
• There are also double superior rooms with an improved layout, bathroom, refrigerator, TV, the possibility of connecting additional household appliances in agreement with the University.
High-rise buildings.
• These are apartment dormitories. The rooms are designed for a comfortable stay of two or three people. The apartment has a bathroom and toilet. The kitchen is on the floor (9,10,11 blocks) or in the apartment (12,13,14 block). All high-rise buildings are equipped with elevators.
• In apartments of high-rise buildings, all rooms are designed for comfortable accommodation of 2-3 people. Apartments are of 1-4 rooms.
• The area of all rooms is 14 – 18 sq.m

The site of the University Campus is fenced. Electronic gate pass system is strictly maintained. Visitors allowed being identified. Local Police station and the Department of Internal Security control over public order and discipline. Contemporary Fire Prevention system is being applied in all premises of the University.”

After graduating from the University on the specialty 31.05.01 “Medical care”, a graduate receives a diploma of General Practitioner and can work as a doctor in the primary health care in an outpatient clinic.
