MSU Medical Study Division, the “The International Medical School (IMS)”, is committed to serving community, aiming to produce doctors and medical scientists attuned to community’s health needs. Comprising one campus in Shah Alam, Malaysia and another in Bangalore, India, IMS offers degree and diploma programs in Medical Sciences besides its main MBBS program for Medicine and Surgery.

MSU has developed a five year medical course featuring three phases of study through its International
Medical School (IMS). They are namely;

Phase 1 & 2 (Year 1 & 2)
Delivered through system based modules. Focus on basic medical sciences and offer 11 & 10 modules respectively.

Phase 3 (Year 3, 4, 5)

Delivered through discipline based postings.
Year 3 – Introduction to Basic clinical skills and knowledge.
Year 4 – Introduces different specialties.
Year 5 – Concentrates on consolidation of clinical skills and knowledge.

With 260 apartments and studio styled accommodation, living at the residence is the ideal for making friends and exploring what MSU has to offer.

The students can choose from “Apartment Style Accommodation” or “Condominium Style Accommodation”. Students can also opt to select the options of “Sharing room”, “Single Room” or “Whole Unit”.

Both Apartment Style Accommodation and Condominium Style Accommodation consist of air conditioned rooms, ceiling fan with attached bathrooms and many more amenities such as Wi-facilities, micro wave, self-laundry and e.tc.
